IMPORTANT: If you want to receive your contact lenses the day after your order, you must place your order before 3:00 p.m. so that it can be processed before collection, which takes place at 3:10 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you order after 3:00 p.m., the order will be processed the next day (i.e. D+1) and you will receive your order the next day (i.e. D+2).

For orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m., they will be processed and shipped on Monday (whether you have chosen DHL Express or standard shipping).
