The right of withdrawal only applies to individuals. In accordance with Article L. 120-20, the customer has 14 days (from receipt of the items) to exercise their right of withdrawal. In the event of a request for an exchange or refund, the customer must return the item provided they have not opened the sterile lens compartment or the box containing the two lens capsules.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The package must be returned to the following address:

The Customer must enclose this withdrawal form with the return package.

The return must include all the products ordered, new, in their original packaging to be accepted. Contact lenses or care products unsealed by the consumer after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal for health and safety reasons.

For optical equipment, which is a medical device tailored to the customer's specific needs, Auva Vision customer service will first check the package for conformity. Once the conformity assessment has been completed, the refund will be issued within 14 days of the refund request, to the customer's bank account used for payment.

If the return is requested due to non-conformity of the delivered products:

• Damaged package;
• Product with a defect.

A new product will be sent to the customer, at no additional cost, upon request to customer service, which can be reached at the following email address: fashionlentilles@live.fr.

After the 14-day period, the right of return no longer applies. Return costs will be borne by the buyer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, AUVA VISION is required to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. Refunds are due within a maximum of 21 days.

If AUVA VISION sends products that do not match the order, an exchange will be possible, provided that the brand is notified as soon as possible and the products are returned in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and unmarked, within 14 days of receiving the order.

A payment cannot be disputed or canceled if the product has been sent and has not been returned to AUVA VISION. If the customer cancels their payment while the product is in their possession, AUVA VISION will be required to take legal action for fraud.

It is possible to cancel the order: if the order has just been placed and has not yet been shipped, it will be possible to modify or cancel it by contacting customer service by email at auvavision@outlook.fr.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. on business days are generally shipped the same day. It is therefore recommended to contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel.
